Catalent Pharma Solutions Manufacturing Associate-Drug Product Formulation in Bloomington, Indiana
This role will work the Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm shift
A Manufacturing Operator’s primary responsibilities include the packaging of vials and syringes in preparation for shipping or storage. These operational tasks must be completed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Operators must work effectively in a team environment to achieve company goals and must adhere to all company compliance, safety, and attendance requirements.
Catalent’s facility in Bloomington provides a fully integrated and unique model for process development, clinical and commercial mammalian cell culture manufacturing, formulation, parenteral drug manufacturing and packaging under one roof. The award-winning facility provides clinical and commercial bulk drug substance and drug product manufacturing, including liquid and lyophilized vials, and prefilled syringes, along with an array of support services.
This position will contribute to the Patient First philosophy by improving the overall quality of our products and providing direct linkage to improving outcomes for patients.
Ensures components, materials and supplies are stocked prior to the start of the manufacturing operations
Demonstrate mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions
Identifies, escalates, and documents events and subtle variances that deviate from normal operation; participate as needed in investigations
Performs PM, CIP, and SIP operations to prepare equipment for manufacturing operations
Actively promotes and demonstrates good communication and escalation
High School/GED with 3-5 years of GMP experience
Associate’s degree with 0-2 years of GMP experience OR Bachelor’s degree
GMP Experience Preferred
