Job Location

The Licensed Practical Nurse position is located in Carmel, Indiana.

Job Duties

• Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborates with the RN on the plan of care

• Direct patient care can include assisting with medication administration and phlebotomy

• Indirect care can include order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education

Experience

Licensed Practical Nurse experience required.

Education

Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.

License

Valid Indiana LPN license.
