What You Will Do

Every day that you come to work, you improve people’s lives. As our Patient Care Technician you not only impact the lives of the patients who you touch, but you have an impact on the patient’s entire family! As our PCT you are the member of the healthcare team who has the most direct contact with our patients.

You will:

  • Aids with entry and exit of patients.

  • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.

  • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.

  • Responsible for keeping patient rooms clean and orderly as well as maintaining medical equipment.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Providercredentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA)obtained within3 Months (90 days)of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Diploma

  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

  • None required.
