  • Responsible for end to end delivery of the Connected Vehicle Features identified in the Plan of Record

  • Creates a detailed project plan (IPP) that aligns with HU, SDP and vehicle timeline

  • Drives progress on the design and implementation of a feature. Do not just report out.

  • Works with Global PMO (Project Management Office)

  • Coordinates meetings with feature stakeholders to obtain alignment on design

  • Manages scope. Works with Global PMO to manage CR’s for scope changes.

  • Ensure Feature Architects are designing to approved requirements. Obtains Security and design gate approval for end to end feature

  • Obtains design and development gate approval for start of validation (testing)

  • Responsible for project planning, Work Breakdown Structure and tasks allocation and scheduling

  • Tracks progress, risk, issues and timely escalations

  • Follow change management processes to formalize acceptance of changes to baseline

  • Help FA (Feature Architect) prioritize in solving critical issues and help bring features for gate approval on time

  • Works with all stakeholders including the vehicle team to ensure milestones are met.

  • Create weekly status report for features and ensures the correct status updates are provided to PMO for the eventual Leadership updates

  • Helps drive plans for development, qualification and integration

  • Work with all suppliers to ensure all deliverables for all components / interfaces are in place before handing over for E2E Integration

  • Ensures the project is completed on time and meets all business and system requirements

  • Tracks all the costs for the Feature development (including the base and CR costs)

  • Responsible for on time execution and quality of the delivery of each release

  • Identify resource requirements and assign roles and responsibilities

  • As needed,.responsible to play the Scrum Master role. facilitate and coordinate daily standup, assist in story point estimation, sprint/release planning meetings, reviews and other ceremonies

  • Ensures the delivery of Feature Capabilities and all the releases across multiple vendors without any gaps in releases

  • Validates the delivery of Feature capabilities and provides confirmation for GR (Goods Receipt)

  • Ensures teams follow Agile practices and values, and adopt best practices to enhance the efficiency of teams

  • Continuously monitor the progress & performance of the project and guide teams to independently drive continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current processes

Initial Location will be Chennai, Target Location will be Hyderabad


  • 3-5 years of experience serving as a project manager or scrum master in

  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies – Waterfall, Agile and DevOps

  • Experience in one or more project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Scrum Desk)

  • Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, budget plans and track progress and resources

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects at once

  • Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with the team and other stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills


  • Strong experience working in an agile/scrum environment

  • Knowledge in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP

  • Knowledge in Google Sheet/Slide, Excel, Visio, etc.

  • PMP certification is an added advantage

  • Prior experience of working in an onsite/offshore model is desired
