Become a part of our dynamic team, and we'll help you develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Supervise the Inventory Control team members, ensuring company policies are enforcedMaintain the integrity of inventory records while following established proceduresAnalyze complex transaction histories to reconcile discrepanciesCommunicate effectively with all levels of management, as well as with customer representativesProvide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectivesCoordinate activities for team members, ensuring effective use of productive working hoursInvestigate all facets of facilities operations to troubleshoot processes and make/recommended improvementsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:4 years of relevant work experienceExperience with and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experienceAPICS or CSCMP certifications5 years of inventory control experience, including supervisory or managerial experienceAbility to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applicationsStrong time management and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audienceSelf-motivated work style with excellent analytical and math skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problemsBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
