Naval Sea Systems Command ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in Crane, Indiana

Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is within the Warfare Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses the GS-13/14 pay grades. Responsibilities You will serves as an Admin Officer within the Corporate Operations Department. You will provide a broad range of financial, administrative, facility, equipment, IT and HR (to include hiring, personnel issues (disciplinary, EEO, Command Investigations) awards) and training support to their respective client departments You will coordinates administrative matters that cross organizational lines, and ensures an open communication between organizations Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (NT-04 OR GS-11/12) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector advising management on administrative policies, operations or procedures to ensure compliance with requirements, guidelines or corporate plans and objectives Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
