Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Meat division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. What you'll do:
The Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with at least 18 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you.

You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to ensure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.
MUST BE OK WITH THIS SCHEDULE
The shift is on the flex schedule, night shift. It’s a two week schedule rotation. Week 1 days worked are Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2 days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Hours are 6pm – 6am.
What you'll need to be successful and safe:
Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years equivalent experience in a food, beverage or pharma manufacturing environment.
Is your passion leading team members to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner? If you have at least 5 years leading a production team, then we need you!
