We are looking to appoint a Vice President – Healthcare North America, who will have P/L responsibility for the Healthcare business made up of 6 plants and the commercial team in the US. P&L responsibilities include safety, driving organic growth and expanding operating margins. The job will report to the leader of the CPI Bramlage Care Unit, based in Europe.


  • Execute a smooth transition from CPNA to CPI by building an effective team and ensuring customer relationships and key projects are executed as planned

  • To prepare and gain approval of the business strategy for the sites, driving customer focused, profitable sales growth through ensuring the delivery of great customer service and quality products.

  • To ensure that budgeted profit and performance objectives and targets are achieved or bettered and report any variances through the relevant reporting structures.

  • To maintain the highest standards of safety within the operation.

  • To be responsible for the submission of the sites’ budgets, specifying sales, profits and business objectives to the Division for ratification and oversee and promote sales/technical developments whilst ensuring profit margins are achieved.

  • To visit and establish good relationships with customers and ensure that changes in market requirements and action by competitors are assessed regularly.

  • To maintain and improve the Company’s capability to meet customer requirements for quality and service by maximizing the performance of all resources, and to improve the Company’s market share.

  • To maintain a good employee relations climate and train, develop and motivate staff.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A proven track record of successful leadership within a manufacturing organization including the formulation and delivery of business strategies, policies and objectives.

  • Experience of day to day running of a manufacturing plant through a senior management team including sales, technical, operations and finance.

  • Personal experience of maximizing sales/account management of an established customer base whilst continually investigating opportunities and securing new business. Commercially astute with sound business acumen.

  • Self-motivated with proven experience of developing and inspiring employees.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.

  • Excellent written and presentational skills.

  • Proven experience of change management and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of sites.
