This is the third level of four roles within the licensing function. This position will perform and deliver on routine and non-routine assignments for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. ## Duties and Responsibilities + Reviews contracting paperwork for accuracy and processes transactions while maintaining or exceeding productivity and quality guidelines as set by the department + Processes all types of producer solutions operations transactions exhibiting the increased technical knowledge of the necessary systems and understanding of processes and procedures in order to complete job responsibilities + Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of state licensing and appointment requirements along with Lincoln Financial Group's distribution models and products + Tests administrative processes and system updates or enhancements to verify operational efficiency and alignment with business needs in support of products, departmental process and distribution channels as required + Identifies potential system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy Provides this feedback to managers + Maintain confidentiality of producer information and observe privacy regulations ## Additional Duties and Responsibilities + Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role. + Communicates effectively with internal/ external stakeholders to obtain more complex needed information while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. + Communicates to management on recognized trends of issues and/or concerns. + Exhibits intermediate critical thinking and problem resolution skills to effectively assist internal/external customers. + May act as point of contact and provide responses and for diverse range of team members less routine questions without supervision. + Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards. + Monitors and processes progressively more complex and non-routine rush requests. + Responds to and resolves more complex customer inquiries to in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in an accurate and timely manner and meeting departmental quality/production standards. + Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. + Works overtime as needed. ## Education + High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience. - Minimum Required ## Experience + 2 - 3 Years of general Client Customer Support and Operations experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required) + Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations systems such as PMACS, IMPACT, AWD, SIRCON, WEBCRD, and Issue Log database is preferred. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization including field partners. + Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to ensure all requests are correctly completed. + Demonstrates the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and strict attention to detail. + A self-starter who embraces team work and has strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. + Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential information.
