Partners with the SVP/CFO on development and implementation of organizational strategies to achieve World Class Revenue Cycle Performance and Excellent Care, Every Person, Every Day. Partners with the VP Patient Access and hospital and practice operations on the implementation of the Access Parkview Anytime patient-centric enterprise-wide customer access center initiative. Leads the Revenue Cycle and Information Services Revenue Cycle Teams to optimize Epic and the use of MyChart self-service. Ensures that we have a good partnership with our Epic Community Connect partners. Ensures the system has the right business structure, tools, resources, training, benchmarking, dashboards and capabilities and facilitating alignment and integration of key stakeholders to achieve World Class Performance. Partners with the SVP/CFO, SVP Payor/Employer & Health Plan Services and Chief Clinical Integration Officer, on leading Parkview’s Transformation to Value including: 360 reviews of all value-based contracts and making recommendations to improve performance, robust financial/clinical analytics, employer strategies, payor strategies/relationships, implementation of bundled payments and ACO strategies, and strategic pricing. Collaborates with all lines of business, executives, and direct reports to operationalize new strategies and ensures that the Revenue Cycle Team provides excellent internal customer service. Plans, directs and coordinates the work of Revenue Cycle Departments. Ensures alignment of departmental goals with organizational objectives, implementation of best practice policies, process and procedures that are compliant with regulatory and internal standards, development of financial and capital budgets necessary to achieve departmental and organizational goals, development of performance metrics and targets, and implementation of breakthrough performance improvement initiatives to ensure performance targets are achieved. Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders. Develops and leads a highly effective team.
