Job Description:

Assist in, and / or develop and prepare research, data management, and studies related to the analysis of potential and existing energy efficiency/peak demand response programs, market research, market and measure/program cost-effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:

1) Assist in the analysis of potential and/or existing energy efficiency/peak demand response programs, including determination of program participation levels, energy use characteristic changes, and costs. energy use and savings values.

2)Track, gather and maintain data and information from internal and external sources of energy efficiency, demand response, and new technology programs and measures, related energy use, and cost.

3) Perform analysis in support of consumer programs, energy efficiency/demand response related regulatory filings.

4) Gather, review, and ensure proper storage and management of consumer program implementation data, including surveys, measure installation, on-site inspections, costs, and measured energy use and savings values.

5) Maintain customer characteristic and energy savings databases.

6) Assist in performing market potential studies.

7) Assist in preparing scheduled and ad hoc reporting.

8) Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS ENERGY EFFICIENCY ANALYST ASSC:

Zero to four years' experience as an Energy Efficiency Analyst or equivalent.
