What You Will Do?
First point of contact to employees for HR resources and questions
Benefit administration for new and existing staff, educating employees on benefit programs
Maintain employee data in HRIS
Work closely with accounting regarding payroll questions
HR metrics and run reports including payroll, employee data, and turnover
FMLA/Leave of absence administration – process and track all FMLA leave requests
Workers compensation administration – process and track all WC injuries, illness, and claims
Maintains employment records
Conducts new hire orientation
Oversees employee engagement events

Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing work environment
Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two or more years of working knowledge of benefit administration, leave administration, and/or payroll
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
