Summarized Purpose:

Maintains system reporting and process needs of the department. Analyzes reports from applicant tracking system as required and assists with collection of recruitment metrics to support department initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Generates and analyzes reports for assessment of department metrics.

• Provides data to support department processes and updates.

• Configures and enhances systems.

• Maintains external and internal career sites.

• Supports regional or global department projects as required.

• Supports system integrations.

• Assists in module implementation and system upgrades and maintenance.

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information and data effectively

• Sophisticated analytical abilities

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results

• Good written and oral communications skills

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors

• Strong understanding of recruiting programs, practices and regulations or legal requirements

• Knowledge of HR systems and applications
