The Role

Indirect Program Manager Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for Partner Success focused on the journey and lifecycle for our Enterprise Partners selling Lumen’s portfolio of services. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management as well as experience with customer and Partner lifecycles.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

  • Creating and managing long-term goals.

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and enabling External Partners to have the right data, tools, processes, and knowledge to perform their job.

  • Developing and executing the operating plan for Indirect Customer and Partner Success.

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Meeting with stakeholders across organizations to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

  • Analyzing program risks.

  • Working on strategy with the cross functional key interlock teams to support the full vision and enablement of our Indirect customers through the full customer journey.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.

  • Proven experience in program management.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Understanding of project management.

  • Understanding of sales and customer lifecycles

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
