Where you fit in

The Behavioral Health Program Supervisor –will supervise the youth unit behavioral health team. You will assist the director in providing coordination and oversight of the youth program. You will oversee day to day problem solving and conflict resolution. You will mentor and orient new staff and coordinate staff schedules. The Program Supervisor will meet with clients and provide therapy 50% of the time.

Your exceptional qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health related field required.

• 5 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required.

• LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
