Kelly Services Clerical Customer Service Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana

Kelly ® Professional & Industrial is looking for Clerical Customer Service Assistant in Indianapolis, IN to work a long-term, temporary assignment starting the week of March 15th . The role will be on-site . This position will be great for someone who is in transition to the area or is looking to increase their skills in an office-setting. The position is Monday-Friday, 1st shift. Recent Office Clerical experience is a huge plus! The client will have a short-in-person interview with qualified candidates, on-site. Pay rate: $10.00/hr.

Typical Job Duties include :

Reach out to Health participants via phone and review resource options for healthcare coverage options through the State/Government

Document conversations

Process and scan all eligibility application submissions for the Ryan White Part B Services Program, as well as all recertification and supporting documentation;

  1. Create and maintain new electronic records in the Axiom Pro system;

  2. Monitor the eligibility of each application entered into the Axiom Pro System;

  3. Monitor all application to ensure that they are verified and entered in a timely manner;

  4. Respond appropriately to all consumer and provider inquiries regarding the Ryan White Part B Services Program;

• Maintain strong business associate relationship with grantee and sub-recipients;

• Apply established policies and procedures to the operation of the Health Services Ryan White Part B Program, including eligibility and re-certification guidelines;

• Assist in monitoring security and confidentiality procedures;

• Meet regularly with internal developers to ensure that the Ryan White Services database is operating at optimal levels;

• Meet regularly with the Health Services Team to discuss program status and strategies for improvement and to make recommendations regarding matters of policy and procedures

• Network and collaborate with other program areas within the Division and attend regular staff and program manager meetings;

Perform other duties as assigned, including mentorship/training of new employees.

Attention to detail and efficiency are critical to the operations of the business.

Job Requirements for consideration :

High School Diploma or G.E.D. with valid documentation

Able to multi-task

1-3 years of administrative support experience in insurance, medical, or related industry; Call Center experience is a plus
