Central Restaurant Products Content Marketing Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana

In this position you will work alongside our other Content Specialists in expanding our product assortment and managing product data and content, as well as working to optimize content for SEO purposes. In this position ideal candidates will:Create and manage written and visual content to increase website traffic quality and quantity at all stages of the buying journeyDevelop and Execute Content marketing strategies, product content strategies, and user experience strategizesDevelop engaging, high-quality content to drive middle and upper funnel shopping trafficKeyword research development and competitor gap analysis to assist with creation of Editorial Calendar and content production, with a focus on pillar/cluster content creationIdentify where product content should be expanded and improved to enhance the customer experience.Help implement, manage, and maintain guides, systems, and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness: editorial calendars, content plans, content audits/inventories, style guides, analytics, etc.Contribute toward SEO enhancement and best practices for product pagesCorrection of technical SEO issues (redirects, broken links, etc.)Regular performance tracking and reporting for for both organic traffic and overall conversion rates on product pages; ID areas for opportunity, prioritize and optimizeQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required.2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO/CRO, or an ecommerce marketing roleApplicants must submit a portfolio and/or writing samples when requestedPC literate including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programsAbility to report on and analyze success using Google AnalyticsKnowledge of Microsoft PowerBI preferredExcellent writing skills and strong customer orientationAbility to effectively manage a consistent workload and prioritize effectivelySelf-directed worker who seeks out solutions to problems, driving resultsEffective strategizer able to see the path to long-term winsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; craft stories that engageAbility to distill technical product documentation into key points for usersKnowledge of both on-page and technical SEO; strong keyword researchExcellent proof-reading and editing skills; proven ability to effectively share and receive feedback during the editing processProven ability to take initiative when necessaryCapable of following and improving detailed proceduresAbility to put in extra effort to meet project deadlinesEmail marketing experience preferredConversion rate optimization experience preferredGoogle Search Console experience preferredCMS (Wordpress) Experience PreferredWork arrangements and Benefits:iPhone and service plan providedFor qualified candidates, remote work would be considered (must have a home work environment conducive to remote work).Currently this position is required to work from home.We will provide you with laptop, monitors and all necessary office suppliesComprehensive benefit packagePaid Parental LeaveEligible immediately for Paid Time Off, seven paid holidays, two floating holidays and one paid volunteer dayCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceEmployee Bonus planOccasional travel for vendor trainings, seminars, and/or trade showsCentral Restaurant Products is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer (Minorities/Females/Disability/Veterans) committed to a diverse workforce
