Summary:

The Psychological Health Team (PHT) is embedded in Life@ and its mission is to be the industry leader in creating and sustaining safe and healthy work environments for those who keep online communities safe.The PHT reinforces and continues the Life@ mission of helping care for Facebook Employees while they’re bringing the world closer together.

Required Skills:

  1. Oversee operational support for the PHT and Enterprise Well-being workstream within Life@

  2. Plan Administration:

  3. Manage and oversee all purchase requests and purchase orders and other required contracting-related responsibilities

  4. Manage invoice reconciliation and purchase order creation for new/existing vendors

  5. Responsible for maintaining the PHT audience report on quarterly basis and submitting tickets to update the Workday flag as needed

  6. Function as liaison with Life@ Mental Health in regards to EAP Vendors resources and programs for FTEs

  7. Gather key metrics for programs and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders

  8. Identify issues and conduct a thorough root cause analysis and provide recommendation

  9. Manage and escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution

  10. Conduct audits of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively, and data quality is improved

  11. Managing and maintaining PHT Engagement and Triage model, tracking and reporting on requests

  12. Training:

  13. Conduct educational sessions with teams, gather feedback, identify areas of improvement

  14. Support Well-being, Resilience, Mental Health Onboarding - work with cross-functional partners to ensure execution, measurement and employee satisfaction

  15. Communications:

  16. Implement and maintain effective communication and education strategies with a focus on the employee experience

  17. Manage content updates to programs on People Portal and other internal sites

  18. Monitor and respond to Facebook Workplace group inquiries related to PHT and Enterprise Well-being

  19. Project Management Support:

  20. Coordinate projects and processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to implement & develop scalable solutions and ensure operational excellence

  21. Provide project management support to scope and kick off new project initiatives

  22. Drive process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in Benefits or Project Management

  2. Experience in the tech industry

  3. Interpersonal skills and collaborative work style, and experience building relationships

  4. Task initiation, prioritization and completion experience

  5. Communication skills

  6. Experience processing design & build

  7. Organization, coordination, and execution focused experience

  8. Experience working with ambiguity and uncertainty

  9. Experience setting expectations and boundaries with cross-functional based on team roadmap

  10. Experience working independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
