MBA Finance Overview – Full Time

You don't have to be an expert in the pharmaceutical Industry to join Lilly. Within Finance specifically, we seek self-starting individuals who demonstrate decision-making, project management and data analysis skills. Strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills are also needed to perform successfully.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of Lilly internship program

  • Enrolled in an MBA program

  • Graduation by August 2021

  • Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • 3 to 7 years of professional work experience

Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership

  • Pharmaceutical / healthcare experience or interest

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability

  • Strong learning agility

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and teamwork skills
