MBA Marketing – Full Time Overview

Lilly’s Marketing MBA’s take on challenging assignments to help deliver unparalleled experiences to our customers while promoting development of leadership skills required to one day lead a team within Lilly’s Global and US Brand Management, Marketing Capabilities, New Product Planning, Market Research, Managed Healthcare, or Pricing/Payer Marketing teams.

As an MBA at Lilly, you will join Lilly’s Leadership Development Program (LLDP) – designed to accelerate the development of Lilly’s future leaders via direct interaction and exposure to senior executives through social events, opportunities to participate in high-profile executive-sponsored projects, and the potential to pursue international assignments.

A focus on matching your career goals and interests with our business needs allows us to create a specific career path for you, with the ultimate goal of crafting the right set of experiences to develop you as a future leader in Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of Lilly internship program

  • Enrolled in an MBA program

  • Expected graduation by August 2021

  • Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • 3 to 7 years of professional work experience in Marketing and/or Marketing related disciplines
