Position Summary

Production Line Mix Operator, maintaining all required materials at the production line. Preparing the mix with appropriate raw materials.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain housekeeping

  • Keep all raw materials neatly stacked and properly stored

  • Sweep and organize as needed

  • Prepare compound batches using variours raw materials using the formulas and procedures in the Batch Compound specs

  • Read scale for weight of raw material

  • Record and track raw material deliveries

  • Lift up to 50 lbs of material

  • Maintain equipment for proper and safe operations, including resetting electrical disconnect panels as required

  • Disposal of empity raw material container, baskets and filters.

  • Other tasks as assigned

High School Diploma

Able to read, write and speak English.

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Possess forklift experience, preferred.

Possess manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical processing operation.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.

Able to stand, sit, and/or walk a majority of the shift.
