Kelly Services Mortgage Debt Counselor in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

This is a DIRECT HIRE (non-contract) position located in Fishers, IN.

Duties:

  • Act as a dedicated contact to assigned borrowers 45 days delinquent or greater in assisting with loss mitigation and relationship management

  • Take inbound calls concerning accounts and troubleshooting customer concerns

  • Counseling borrowers in an empathetic but firm manner to reach the best solutions

Requirements

  • Ability and intentions of attaining NMLS licensure (bonus if you pass test the first time with a bump in salary as you add on additional states you secure licensure in)

  • Ability to pass SAFE Act
