Community Physician Network is seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our established practice based at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

• Busy practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Shared call schedule

• Strong primary care referral base

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
