Has the primary responsibility of completing annual reviews and covenant monitoring, ensuring the accuracy of risk analysis and appropriate asset quality rating, and timely monitoring of the receipt and proper analysis of financial information provided by the borrower in a fast-paced, high volume environment completing a detailed financial analysis to obtain a deeper understanding of an application's credit risk. A Monitoring Portfolio Manager will collaborate with Relationship Managers (appliable segmentation), internal support staff, and others to provide credit expertise to monitor the portfolio.Portfolio Mgr(per applicable segmentation: Corporate, Commercial, or CRE) Accurately assign asset quality ratings (AQR).Identify and communicate issues regarding borrower financial statements, asset quality ratings (AQR), loan covenant adherence, Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC) reports to the assigned Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager.Complete credit approval materials in a timely manner for annual reviews focusing on appropriate risk assessment, asset quality ratings (AQR), adherence to loan terms, covenant monitoring and general economic conditions.Meet quality standards as outlined in ONB underwriting guidelines and policy; evaluation by Loan Review, OCC, and/or others who may identify unacceptable underwriting or inaccurate asset quality ratings (AQR).Meet or exceed productivity expectations for annual review credit approval memorandum (CAM) volume.Ensure accuracy of assigned risk ratings on the bank's credit systems.Make prudent credit decisions balancing risk and growth; utilize assigned lending authority based on approval authority matrix to exercise granted authority confidently, independently via problem solving/sound decision making, and with integrity.Produce a high quality and accurate analysis while also not sacrificing efficiency in a fast-paced, high volume environment juggling multiple requests while adhering to client driven response timelines, etc.Partner with respective Relationship Managers (per applicable segmentation: Corporate, Commercial, CRE) as well as Treasury Management Partners Provide credit expertise using a consultative approach and applying proficient knowledge, understanding, and application of ONB guidelines/standards/policies, risk assessment and analysis.
