IQVIA Product Owner/Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

  • Work with customer to set-up the environment, coordinate and execute customer onboarding and gather custom business requirements to begin the data exchange and onboarding process.

  • Document customer implementations, such as standards and configurations, business rules, custom codes, etc. and ensure all selections are validated and signed off in order to provide audit trial.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Development, Support & Solution Architect, and Customer Success Managers to plan, prioritize, and execute application upgrade projects balancing customer expectations and company’s needs and priorities.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for customer data mapping activities and product configuration selections, using application knowledge and expertise to support and provide guidance for customer conversations.

  • Build trust and confidence by actively guiding internal and external customers through the implementation and upgrade process.

  • Complete risk and mitigation planning and act as the point of contact for customers and internal teams for each project.

  • Liaise between the Product Development team and customers, to influence the roadmap, including bugs and enhancements, and develop temporary solutions when issues are found.

  • Document processes and define/document/update best practices.

  • Look for consistencies across projects and apply knowledge to contribute to innovative ideas, allowing our organization to be more efficient while maintaining/exceeding expectations.

  • Meet and exceed expectations by delivering against expectations and keep all parties well informed.

  • Contribute to the scaling of the organization and the extension of our products and service offerings.

  • Troubleshoot customers’ issues and take the lead in answering technical questions during implementations and post go-live; Serve as a backup to Support, as necessary.
