The Robert Half Healthcare Practice has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Project Coordinator with a prestigious Healthcare Network!
We are thrilled to be working once again with this thriving Healthcare Network to help them find the newest member of their team in Indianapolis, IN. The schedule for the full-time Project Coordinator role is Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm - can be flexible!
The ideal candidate for this Project Coordinator role would be someone who is assertive, quick on their feet, and has a background in health and education. A Masters Degree in public health or social work would be preferred!
As the Project Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing project management support to leaders and team members, assisting with and supporting team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results, collaborating across teams to ensure alignment, assessing situations, capturing appropriate information and input, making recommendations to leader, and ensuring quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.

The requirements for the Project Coordinator include: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience (required), Master's degree in public health or social work (preferred), 1+ years of experience, experience with matrix organization and complex work environment (preferred), experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions, exemplary communication skills - both written and verbal, and the ability to travel between campuses if needed.
