Esko Brand Solutions is a mature, fast growing software business unit within Esko. Our North America Brands Headquarters is in Chicago, IL. Our software solutions portfolio supports and runs the labeling/artwork/packaging and print processes for Brands in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, life science, and retail customers.
Our Software Solutions include workflow/approval management, enterprise digital asset management, artwork creation, 3D visualization, store visualization, structural design, prepress, workflow automation, quality assurance, and palletization software.
*This is a 100% remote opportunity. Will travel to customer sites 20-40%.

Esko Brand Solutions is seeking a hardworking & dynamic individual to fill a position based out of North America. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business unit within Esko and be a part of a business that is positioned for continued considerable growth.
In the role of Project Manager, you will partner with our Consumer Goods, & Retail customers to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and efficiently implement Esko software solution projects.
You are responsible for the overall implementation, being the key contact towards our customers during deployment. Key focus will be on customer satisfaction and successful, profitable delivery of projects.
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
Customer oriented Project Management skills/experience
Utilizes critical thinking/problem solving skills whilst being a strong multi-tasker & stress-resistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An understanding in Esko Brands business vertical and products.
Good understanding in use of Microsoft’s Suite of Apps. Must have some knowledge of MS Project and Power Bi.
Technically well-grounded and have a hands-on mentality for Continuous Improvement & Sustainment.
Able to travel nationally and regionally approx. 40% of your time normally, with peaks of up to 70% in busy periods
We are looking for a professional who will:
Handle, steer & lead project implementations and assure synchronization between plan and reality regarding the triple constraint.
Coordinate system planning and deliverables, ensuring that customer commitments are met.
Oversee the successful transition of the project from sales & pre-sales into deployment, through the project lifecycle, and then from deployment to after care, to ensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the client.
Conduct status review meetings, report delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead, develop and organize your project team effectively (including measurements)
Be responsible for ensuring revenue recognition and invoicing to customers
Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
Further education, degree or recognized certification in related field
Experience working in a customer facing service department
Minimum of 1 year related and relevant experience in areas such as, but not limited to: Business process or asset management technology, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain. Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers
