Briljent LLC Project Technical Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana

less thanp>TheProject Technical Analyst primary responsibility is to analyze, create, and/or update reports in AtTask, Briljent's project management/product management software tool. They will serve as a consultant to team members and project management staff on the project.less than/p>less thanp>less thanstrong>Essential Duties:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Creating and maintaining project artifacts, archives and tool sets.less than/li>less thanli>Help in project planning, track progress, build and maintain the SharePoint.less than/li>less thanli>Help the project team in setting meetings and track progress of the different activities during different phases of the projectless than/li>less thanli>Identify and document trends found in the data.less than/li>less thanli>Elicit and document end user requirements and be able to update and/or create reports within the software tool.less than/li>less thanli>Assists in and/or drives the evaluation and redesign of process and product workflow, identifying new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities.less than/li>less thanli>Identifies technical issues with PM tools and provides assistance to project staff.less than/li>less thanli>Fosters a project management-centric culture, serving as a role model for other project managers.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>less thanstrong>Requirements:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience working on cross-functional projects.less than/li>less thanli>Proven expertise of project management techniques, tools and software, including advanced reporting functions.less than/li>less thanli>Outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills and the ability to manage complex projects and topics quickly.less than/li>less thanli>Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for change and to substantiate and convey the need for change to the leadership team.less than/li>less thanli>Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.less than/li>less thanli>Excellent written and oral communications skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers, business partners and employees in a manner that fosters understanding, commitment and results.less than/li>less thanli>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>less than/p>less thanp>less thanem>Briljent will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, marital status, race, religion, veteran status, disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act), sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin or other status as protected by applicable law.
