Aerotek Recruiter (WFH) in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description:

This position is fully remote, work from home! The shift is Monday - Friday 8am -5pm, some days could go until 6pm. The Recruiter acts as the trusted advisor to the client groups they support to source and identify top talent, and to guide managers through hiring processes and decisions. The Recruiter will own specified strategies, programs, processes and policies and will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment with the company goals, strategy, mission and vision. This position will be responsible for filling a variety of core positions which include, but are not limited to, phlebotomist, courier and accessions focused across multiple states. This will require some strategic sourcing techniques to continuously attract top talent to the organization This candidate will be generating local candidate interest through partnerships with schools, sending flyers out, building relationships within the community even while working remotely. They will also be using talent communities or other means to generate lists of candidates and communicate/source via consistent outreach to the pool of talent

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of recent recruitment experience

  • Experience recruiting/sourcing these skillsets (phlebotomist, lab techs, medical assistants, or health care related positions)

  • someone who has done high volume recruiting

  • Experience running job fairs and using other sources to generate candidates outside of job postings

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
