Regional Sales ManagerTrigo Global Quality is a Service Provider: The RSM will be Selling 3rdParty Quality Solutions including Inspection/Quality Engineering andTraining to Automotive Manufacturers/General ManufacturersWe are looking for a regional sales manager (RSM) who can maintain and build a base of customers in the following markets: automotive manufacturing, consumer goods manufacturing, electronics and others. The Regional Sales Manager will have a keen understanding of the needs of manufacturers, particularly automotive, combined with knowledge of quality initiatives, then we want to hear from you.This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and will split their time working out of their home office and visiting new and existing customers.Primary Responsibilities:Regional Sales Managers develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 automotive accounts. Your success will be dependent on your ability to prospect, qualify, service and build relationships with key decision makers in quality including quality managers, plant managers and supplier quality.In this role, the regional sales manager will:Identify and qualify new opportunities for their potentialProspect new clients through cold calling, networking, SMM, attending trade shows, etc.Maintain and grow existing businessDevelop sales by making initial presentations; explaining service benefitsPrepare proposals and presentationsRequired Skills:Experience selling Services to large and medium size accounts requiredAbility to close new businessProven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotasResults driven, passion to succeed, resourcefulAbility to work out of a home officeSelf-motivated, energetic, enthusiasticAbility to work effectively within a team environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, WordDesired Qualifications:Proven B2B Sales experience selling servicesAbility to speak multiple languages (specifically Japanese) will set you ahead of the packDiploma or Degree preferred in Business5+years experience selling to automotive parts manufacturers and/or general manufacturersKnowledge of quality systems and processes is a definite assetAt this time Trigo Global Quality will not offer or commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B, TN, OP-T VISAs or other employment-based immigration case).
