Q Branch’s strategy team (Q Advisory) specifically engages with account executives and solution engineers to elevate conversations and expand customer partnerships. Together, we deliver visionary storytelling that unleash the power of Salesforce, helping sales teams to align, accelerate, and execute.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you create the vision for our most strategic customers — collaborating with internal sales teams to define how Salesforce enhances customer ambitions. You empathize with the client's customer, understand disruptive trends, and synthesize complex information into compelling ideas. You frame problems in new ways to identify business challenges. You work across our creative and technical teams to make concepts a reality through running storytelling workshops, writing compelling narratives, partnering to create transformational demos, and shaping C-level presentations. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Owning your accounts , driven by your ambition to innovate and succeed

  • Rallying and aligning sales teams behind inspiring visions and motivating everyone to execute elegant solutions

  • Synthesizing the complex into concise deliverables

  • Partnering across creative and technical roles to produce transformational visions and demos

  • Project managing your engagements to ensure on-time, impeccable delivery

  • Presenting to executive audiences and energizing them with your visions

  • Management Consulting, working with enterprise customers to grow their businesses

  • Creative and/or Design, such as design thinking, branding, creative direction, art direction, product design, UI design, or UX design

  • Technical Communication, working closely with solution engineers, technical architects, and/or developers

  • Graphic Recording — whiteboarding conversations in real-time

  • Presentation & Design Tools, such as Google Slides, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator

  • Prototyping Tools, such Sketch, Figma, and/or Framer

  • Enterprise SaaS
