Where you fit in

You will be responsible for resolving or escalating support calls from the IT Service Desk that cannot be resolved by the IT Tier I Service Desk. You will assist in problem management and provide deeper analysis of a customer’s incident report or information requests.

Your exceptional skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including listening

  • Desire to be helpful in any situation

  • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and apply new technologies

  • Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively

  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately

Your exceptional qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s degree preferred

  • 2 + years of experience in customer service or experience providing technical support to end users
