Goodwill Indy Used Item Assessment of Online Sales Potential - Franklin Road Outlet in Indianapolis, Indiana
The eCommerce Quality Control position may function in various capacities within ClickGoodwill. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.
Hours of Operation
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Working shifts available include: 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
**May include occasional overtime work on Saturdays 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Evaluates all incoming merchandise for eCommerce auctions.
Critically analyzes merchandise; uses best practices to achieve maximum value for each donation in an eCommerce auction environment, including but not limited to grouping merchandise together.
Abilityto meetproduction quota.
Assist with generating and responding to all customer communications (via Shopgoodwill.com tickets, emails, phone calls or in person) as well as scheduling pick-up appointments, pre-picking pick up orders, and working closely with other departments to resolve issues as they arise.
Maintains clean and orderly work area.
Other duties may be assigned.

Solid decision making skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to use a computer.
Ability to account for inventory.
Ability to read and write.

High school diploma or GED
Military experience highly preferred
Able to work independently

Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, and memorabilia preferred
Knowledge of clothing labels, jewelry, and designer products preferred
Internet navigation proficiency a must
