Job Location

This Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will join an employed group of over 1,000 providers.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist group at Community Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana.

• Per diem opportunity - Minimum PRN Requirement: 2-10 hour weekend shifts every 4 weeks, and 1 holiday per year.

• Inpatient critical care and rounding at Community Howard Hospital

• Experience in Internal Medicine care required

• Opportunity to learn and grow as a provider

• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)

• Competitive compensation

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana

Critical care experience preferred, but willing to train if qualified and motivated

Must be willing to learn how to intubate, insert central and arterial lines and manage ventilated patients
