As a People Development Lead, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers.

You will drive continuous improvement and build operational competence through our lean manufacturing methodology, ensuring operational excellence and supporting a positive workplace culture by:

  • Coaching and collaborating with manufacturing team members and leaders to identify and address operational inefficiencies and losses

  • Supporting all other key areas within lean manufacturing teams

  • Driving the execution of training and development activities to support operator capability and lean methodology tools and activities

  • Leading the identification, investigation and elimination issues caused by human error

  • Leading a team of salaried and hourly employees in the application of our lean manufacturing methodologies

  • Participating and supporting evaluation audits of the application of our lean manufacturing methodologies

  • Driving employee engagement in identifying and implementing improvements to our manufacturing processes

  • Supporting the development of the plant People Development staff

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing, training, or human resources

  • Able to coach and develop teams

  • Proficient with G Suite

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree Human Resources or related field

  • Experience with adult learning systems and processes

  • Specific experience in applying training to improve performance in safety, quality, and productivity

  • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
