Description:

Aerotek is seeking a Staffing Specialist for a client in Mooresville to assist with recruiting and onboarding hourly talent. This individual will primarily focus on recruiting general labor, warehouse associates, shipping clerks, machine operators, etc.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Recruiting for hourly positions

• Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, Internal Job Boards, etc. to find talent

• Hosting job fairs

• Onboarding

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• 6+ month recruiting experience coming from a staffing agency

• Experience recruiting for warehousing, machine operators, or general labor skill sets

NICE TO HAVE:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

DISQUALIFIERS:

• Someone having no experience recruiting for warehouse or manufacturing positions
