Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana Manager Inventory Systems in Munster, Indiana
Provides exceptional operational support to enable successful execution of Supply Chain operations through the utilization of the Automated Inventory Management System. Develops, manages, coordinates and implements Supply Chain related special projects with other stakeholders within the health system. The Inventory System Manager will perform data analysis and run reports from interfaced Health Information Systems within the Healthcare system
This position requires the ability to work cooperatively and communicate well with others to achieve organizational and team goals, to work with professional manner in responding to customers’ needs and ability to work in a computerized environment. Oversees assigned staff.
To Qualify You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT or related field required.
Extensive experience in hospital supply chain or related setting to acquire sufficient knowledge of healthcare supply chain capabilities, computer technologies and project management skills required.
Experience with supply chain technology solutions such as bar code scanners, RFID and other expandable wireless products. Familiarity with Epic, Philips, EXper and GE EP Lab technology a plus. Experience with Arc Helios preferred.
Previous management or lead experience required.
Strong analytical and technical skills. Proven problem solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
