Hours during training are Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8:30am-5:00pm w/ some flexibility; after training is complete hours are Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm & Fri 8:00am-4:30pm; position is currently PRN/non-benefited, but will eventually become part/full time.

Where you fit in

The Registered Nurse Ambulatory functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as: phone triage, patient education, prescription refill, scheduling testing, ordering supplies, patient navigation, assisting with MyChart and video visits, charting, nurse visits, metalobic testing, and other related tasks as needed. This position will be PRN, but will eventually become part/full-time.

Your exceptional skills

Two years or more of nursing experience preferred. Previous medical office/outpatient experience and Phone Triage experience a Plus! Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed; able to multi-task; detailed phone assessments; flexible; willing to learn and grow.

Your exceptional qualifications

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
