Patoka IN Admin Coordinator

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports To: Location Manager

Schedule: Off-Season: 7:30am - 4:00pm CST 30 minute Lunch (Monday-Friday)

Busy-Season: 7:00am – 4:00pm CST or later: until work all work is caught up (Monday- Saturday) Some Sundays will be mandatory for end of month procedures.

Position Summary

Under general supervision, will perform all office duties at assigned location, which will include answering the phone, processing statements, and filing.

This is meant to be a general description of the position and not all-inclusive.

Essential Functions

  • Performing general office work, including filing;

  • Customer Account Management to include:

  • invoicing

  • troubleshooting

  • sales order

  • price books

  • pre-pays

  • inventory transfers

  • Generates various reports as needed

  • Keyboarding

  • Mail distribution

  • Answers telephones

  • Maintains files

  • Maintains files for all equipment

  • Office correspondence

  • Provides administrative support to the Location Manager

  • Handles accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Customer relations

  • Maintains inventory control

  • Ordering supplies and forms as necessary;

  • Assisting in new employee orientation;

  • Assists with processes and customer sales questions

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent;

  • Two years related experience;

  • Agriculture experience or knowledge desired

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to lift 25 – 50 pounds;

  • Computer literate – ARS and Microsoft Office;

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
