Aerotek Administrative Assistant in South Bend, Indiana

Aerotek is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company in South Bend, IN. This person will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all shipping documentation and collaboration with customers

  • Processing repeat work orders for the shop (including pulling engineering drawings)

  • Organizing and cataloging material certification paperwork digitally

  • Assisting with the RFQ process

  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Administrative Experience within a manufacturing setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with an ERP system

  • BOL or BOM experience is a plus

  • High School Diploma
