Summary/Objective
All team members are responsible for the timely completion, visual appearance, proper procedure, and on-time shipping of all products in their line. Team members are expected to be representations of LCI’s “Everyone Matters” mission through their attitude, behavior, and action by living out our Core Values.
Essential Functions

Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
Maintenance of material inventory, and movement of raw material through installations area.
Assistance in repair work as necessary.
Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals.
Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc. with minimal supervision.
Must be able to help production meet goals and time deadlines for company projects.
Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of 25 pounds.
Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations, while maintaining daily production goals and deadlines as established by management.
Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.
Must be able to operate appropriate equipment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. The team member must frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of a high school education.
Able to identify if product meets quality and productivity standards.
Ability to use air tools and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
Adaptability to change and willingness to take on additional responsibilities in order to meet work requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience
Manufacturing/industry experience.
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass EVerify.
