Dell RSA Anti Fraud Analyst, Intern/ co-op - July start date in West Lafayette, Indiana

Located in our West Lafayette, Indiana office,

The RSA Security’s Anti-Fraud Command Center (AFCC) is one of the largest anti-fraud security provider in the world and is looking for students to fill analyst positions.

On-site training is provided in order to protect our clients against phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks.

Analysts learn the fundamentals of incident response, phishing trends, mitigation methods, and advanced attack handling.

Requirements include

time management,

communication skills,

critical thinking, and

problem solving.

The position is part-time at 12 minimum each week up to 39 hours with flexible scheduling.

The position has a minimum one-year requirement which includes employment during the summer at our 3000 Kent Ave building.

Long term employment is encouraged with opportunities for advancement and bonuses, along with the ability to take summers off after the first year.

Students who are looking should have a graduation date of May 2021 or later; freshman are strongly encouraged to apply.

Interviews will be conducted the weeks of May 4 - May 8,, 2020.

Training on-site begins in July.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Detect phishing attacks

  • Analyze new fraud trends and technologies-

  • Forensics analysis and research-

  • Shut down fraudulent websites-

  • Communicate with customers to update on attack status and shutdown progress

, SKILLS -

  • Students in BS degree program preferred in Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology or Management

  • Availability to work part time throughout the academic year with the availability to work full time in summer-

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Detail oriented-

  • Ability to work in a team environment.-

  • Analytical ability.

  • Sense of urgency.

  • Local students only
